From a Small Idea to a Big Platform
HR&Tomorrow was founded in Istanbul in 2019 by three founders to answer a single question: "Why are SMBs in Turkey still managing HR processes with Excel and paper forms?"
Our founders combined their experience in HR and software development to build the first product — a digital leave management system. Feedback from the first customers led to the addition of payroll, time & attendance and recruitment modules to the platform.
Today, more than 1,000 companies and 120,000 employees use the HR&Tomorrow platform as part of their daily work life. Our growth continues; we are expanding beyond Turkey into MENA and Balkan markets.
Our purpose has always been the same: to put technology at the service of people. To free HR departments from bureaucratic burdens and give them room to create strategic value.
