HR&Tomorrow provides HR software and consultancy. Content and services may be updated without notice.
Specific modules and features may be added, removed or restricted. Pilot, beta or trial features are provided on an "as-is" basis and may change at any time.
Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding your account.
You are responsible for actions taken under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately; otherwise you may be held responsible for resulting damages.
Prohibited Uses
Activities that violate applicable laws, attempts to exploit security vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access or data mining are strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All content is owned by HR&Tomorrow or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages. We are not liable for data loss, loss of profits or business interruption.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services immediately, without prior notice, in case of breach of these terms. We reserve all legal rights.
Upon termination, account data may be retained or deleted in accordance with law and our retention policies. Ongoing obligations that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anatolian) have jurisdiction.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, strikes, infrastructure outages, etc.).

Our site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes
