Our team

The team that sells the software is the team that runs it

The people you meet in the demo are the same ones on the rollout and through your first payroll period. No intermediaries, no handovers; you know from the start who to ask.

Kadıköy / Istanbul • Product, engineering, payroll and consultancy under one roof

Who owns what

A team is described not by headcount but by where responsibility sits. The six headings below cover the whole of the work.

Product and design

Which feature arrives when is decided here. Requests coming out of customer conversations land on this desk first.

Owns: Roadmap, screen flows, user research

Engineering

The team that writes the platform and keeps it up. ERP connections, attendance device integrations and version migrations run from here too.

Owns: Web, mobile, integration and infrastructure

Payroll and legislation

The team that follows official notices and coefficient changes and applies them to the system. The same team runs the managed payroll service.

Owns: Calculation rules, statutory filings, legal tracking

Customer success

The team that builds the migration plan and stays with you after go-live. Every customer has a named, fixed contact.

Owns: Rollout, training, day-to-day support

HR consultancy

The team delivering consultancy services, which can also be bought independently of the software. They work under the same roof as the team building the product.

Owns: Recruitment, process design, digital HR setup

Sales and marketing

Where first contact happens. Because a demo is a needs analysis rather than a presentation, people from product and payroll join the calls too.

Owns: Demo calls, proposals, content

Who you work with

Who is in front of you at each stage

So that you never have to wonder “who do I ask now?” once you are a customer, the flow is clear from the start.

  1. 01

Before the call, and the demo

    Sales + product

The person listening to your needs does not come alone; someone from product who can show the screen is on the call too. That keeps “let me check and come back to you” to a minimum.

  2. 02

    Rollout and data migration

    Customer success + engineering

A named owner runs the migration. Where data cleanup or an ERP connection is needed, the engineering team talks directly to your IT team.

  3. 03

    The first payroll period

    Payroll and legislation

The first calculation runs in parallel with your old setup and is compared line by line. Through this period you deal directly with the payroll team.

  4. 04

    Live use

    Customer success

The person who ran your rollout does not change; whoever knows you stays with you in support. When legislation changes we tell you what we did before you ask.
