A temporary site
The site runs for a few months; installing a turnstile makes no sense. Records are taken by location-verified QR, and the area definition is deleted when the site closes.
Clock-in and clock-out on record, without buying hardware
It works with your existing card readers; if you would rather not invest in hardware, a location-verified QR code is enough on its own. Timesheets come out of here and go to payroll without passing through anyone’s hands.

What happens without this module

Timesheets compiled by hand
Paper sheets are keyed into a spreadsheet one by one at month end; it becomes the longest job of the payroll period.

On a site, in a store or at a customer location, who arrived when rests on nothing but their word.

QR clock-in and clock-out
A single-use code is generated at every scan; screenshots and copied codes are not accepted.
Location verification
The record is verified as taken from inside the defined workplace area. Separate rules can be set for field and remote work.
Works with your existing devices
It integrates with card readers, turnstiles and biometric systems; QR can replace them or run alongside them.
Live attendance board
Who is at work, who is late, who did not come — visible live, location by location, with a notification to the manager.
Timesheets and overtime
Raw clock records turn into timesheets under statutory rules; overtime and short hours are separated out.
Shift plan
The weekly plan is built by drag and drop, swap requests are approved from mobile, and clashes are blocked.

Once it is set up, every period runs in the same order, and most of the steps happen on their own.

A geographic area and the valid recording methods are set for each workplace.

Record taken
The employee scans a QR code or passes an existing card reader; the record lands in the system instantly.

Timesheet forms
It is compared against the shift plan and approved leave; deviations are flagged.

Goes to payroll
The approved timesheet transfers to the payroll module; no separate data entry happens.
